Production Technologist
Location: Si Chuan
Position Responsibilities
- Well completion design, equipment management, downhole monitoring requirement, well intervention requirement, production chemistry and flow assurance management (fluids design, material selection, flow regimes).
- Coal Bed Menthon (CBM)   well dewatering & production testing design, execution and optimization
- CBM well workover design and operation supervision on site
- Set up and manage well & reservoir management processes for the operated assets.
- Daily supervision or following with site production crews
- Delivery of integrated studies in compliance with company standards.
- Carry out other special studies as dictated by business requirement. Manage opportunity realization process (ORP) process for specific opportunities to be developed.
- Contribute to Asset Reference Plans, capturing all opportunities to increase recovery or reduce operating or further development costs.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on CBM well Production Technologist experience, the background of oil/natural gas Production preferred
- Possesses the ability to identify, develop, and apply completion and production technologies for CBM/oil/natural gas, with special interests to enhance well performance and/or reduce costs.
- Able to identify and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk associated with completion and production
- Have good communication skill and strong physical intuition and the willingness to grow technically and be part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Fluent in written and oral English
